1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and TAK TAK Services Broker LLC ("TAK TAK," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

By accessing our website (www.taktak.ae), using our WhatsApp communication services, or booking any services through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

TAK TAK operates as a services broker platform connecting customers in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, with independent service providers. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Home cleaning and maintenance services
  • AC repair and maintenance
  • Plumbing services
  • Electrical services
  • Pest control
  • Moving and relocation services
  • Handyman services
  • And other professional services as listed on our platform

Important: TAK TAK acts solely as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We facilitate connections and bookings but do not directly perform the physical services.

3. Service Area

Our services are exclusively available within Ras Al Khaimah emirate, United Arab Emirates. We do not provide services outside this geographical area. Service availability may vary by neighborhood and service type.

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Be located within Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, for the services requested
  • Provide accurate and complete information when booking services
  • Have a valid phone number for WhatsApp communication

5. Booking and Service Requests

5.1 How to Book

Services can be requested through our WhatsApp channel or website. When you submit a service request, you agree to provide accurate information including your name, location, contact details, and service requirements.

5.2 Service Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive explicit confirmation from TAK TAK via WhatsApp, including the service provider details, scheduled time, and pricing. Until confirmation, your request remains pending.

5.3 Provider Assignment

We match your service request with available, qualified providers in your area. While we strive to fulfill all requests, we cannot guarantee availability for all services in all areas at all times.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Service Pricing

Prices for services are communicated before booking confirmation. Prices may vary based on:

  • Type and complexity of service
  • Location within Ras Al Khaimah
  • Time of service (regular hours vs. emergency/after-hours)
  • Materials and equipment required
  • Scope of work

6.2 Payment Methods

Payment is typically made directly to the service provider upon completion of the service. Accepted payment methods include cash and bank transfers. Additional payment options may be available as communicated during booking.

6.3 Additional Charges

If additional work beyond the original scope is required, the service provider will inform you of extra charges before proceeding. You have the right to decline additional services.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

7.1 Customer Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a booking by contacting us via WhatsApp. Cancellation policies are as follows:

  • More than 2 hours before: Free cancellation
  • Less than 2 hours before: A cancellation fee may apply
  • No-show: Full service fee may be charged

7.2 Provider Cancellations

If a service provider cancels, we will make reasonable efforts to assign an alternative provider or reschedule at your convenience at no additional cost.

8. Service Quality and Guarantees

8.1 Provider Standards

We work with service providers who meet our quality standards. All providers are required to:

  • Hold valid UAE identification and work permits
  • Demonstrate relevant professional experience
  • Maintain professional conduct and appearance
  • Carry appropriate tools and equipment

8.2 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will work with you and the provider to address your concerns, which may include:

  • Re-service at no additional charge
  • Partial or full refund where appropriate
  • Credit toward future services

9. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information and access instructions
  • Ensure safe access to your property for service providers
  • Be present or have an authorized adult present during service
  • Inform us of any hazards, pets, or special conditions at the service location
  • Treat service providers with respect and professionalism
  • Make timely payment for services rendered
  • Secure valuables and personal items before service

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Role as Intermediary

TAK TAK acts as a broker connecting customers with independent service providers. We are not the direct provider of physical services and are not liable for the acts or omissions of service providers.

10.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, TAK TAK's liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TAK TAK, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platform, including the TAK TAK name, logo, graphics, and software, is owned by TAK TAK Services Broker LLC or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

13. WhatsApp Communication

By providing your WhatsApp number and initiating communication with us, you consent to receive messages related to:

  • Service booking confirmations and updates
  • Provider assignments and arrival notifications
  • Payment and billing information
  • Service feedback requests
  • Important platform announcements

Our AI assistant may respond to your initial inquiries. You can request human assistance at any time during the conversation.

14. Prohibited Conduct

When using our services, you must not:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten service providers or TAK TAK staff
  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent our platform to directly engage providers
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our platform
  • Post or share inappropriate content via our communication channels

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any conduct we deem harmful to our business, other customers, or service providers. You may also stop using our services at any time.

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1 Informal Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. Most concerns can be quickly resolved through our customer service team via WhatsApp.

16.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

16.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TAK TAK regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
